- Legal liability incurred by Insured or Insured's subcontractor as a result of failure in exercising reasonable care and skills in Insured's services and operations
- Incorrect documentation, delay, and failure in performance or release of goods to unauthorized person(s) or without original bill of landing
- Fines, penalties, other costs as a result of failure i.e. breach of import and export regulation, immigration regulation, regulations regarding safety at work, regulations regarding security and anti-terrorism measures
- Damage to third party property, third party injury or death
